In Hogwarts Legacy, you can combine Protege and Stupefy to use a powerful counterattack spell.
A special combination will not only give you a protective shield, but also stun your enemies.
How to turn and stun with Protege and Stupefy in Hogwarts Legacy
One of the first spells unlocked in Hogwarts Legacy is Protege.
Nevertheless, the shield can also be associated with Stupefy, which is why enemies cannot attack for a short period of time.
For PlayStation players, press and hold the triangle button while the enemy is going to attack in order to perform the Protege Stupefy counter.
For Xbox and users of the steam deck, press and hold the Y button. Make sure that you do not tear off the finger from the spell button until the Stupefy counter is thrown away.
Although the combination is technically studied at the beginning of the game, training can confuse a little due to its wording.
If you activate the shield spell at first separately, it will not work.
Therefore, instead of pressing a triangle or D twice, just press and hold the button once when using the protege.
Your character will automatically get into a stunning counter after a blue shield rises.
The Protege Stupefy counter is the Hogwarts Heritage spell, which you want to master at the beginning of the game, since it greatly simplifies dueling with classmates and villains.
Just find a triangle or Ying Visual Hint in any battle, and quickly hold the button to perform the combination.
The counter will also make your attacks more powerful, as enemies will receive critical damage when stunning.
The spell chain can be used even to protect, giving you the opportunity to breathe in dangerous situations.
